Why Necessaire Body OiI?

This body oil will leave skin feeling soothed, softened and moisturised.

It contains a blend of non-fragrant plant oils that each have their own unique benefits for the skin. These are especially rich in omegas, vitamins and minerals.

Omegas 6, 7 and 9: These fatty acids nourish and soften the skin. They support skin health and may visibly ease symptoms associated with some skin conditions, such as redness, dryness and irritation.Vitamins C and E: These are two of the best known antioxidants in skin care. They protect against free radicals and help the skin repair UV damage.

Minerals: Essential minerals in the oils calm and soothe the skin. These include Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Zinc.

Key ingredients

Sweet Almond Oil is an emollient oil that’s rich in skin-nourishing fatty acids Oleic Acid and Linoleic Acid. It also contains antioxidants Vitamin E and Vitamin B.

Tamanu Oil is loaded with fatty acids, including Oleic Acid, Linoleic Acid, Palmitic Acid and Stearic Acid. Tamanu Oil also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, as well as a low comedogenic rating. Tamanu Oil ahas some unique properties too. It contains Calophyllic Acid, which is healing and regenerative, ad reduces tee look of scars. Traditionally, it has been used for burns, wounds, rashes and chapping. Because it contains a high level of Vitamin E, it has antioxidant properties too.

Hazelnut Oil is a light oil that absorbs quickly but leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. Its high level of Oleic Acid makes it especially nourishing and good for dryness and sensitivity.

Macadamia Oil is a rich oil that feels luxurious on the skin. Like Hazelnut Oil, it has a high Oleic Acid content, which makes it deeply nourishing and ideal to combat dryness. Macadamia Oil contains a rare fatty acid called Palmitoleic Acid that gives it a cushiony feel.

Marula Oil is a light and fast absorbing oil that nourishes and moisturises, but it also has its own distinctive properties. It is particularly good for sensitive skin, given it’s been found to reduce inflammation and redness. Marula Oil contains Oleic and Linoleic fatty acids, and is very similar to the oils naturally found in the skin.
