Orders are sent via Australia Post.

Orders need to be received by 1.00pm to be sent out the same day.

Providing your mobile number allows Australia Post to send you tracking and delivery information.

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Orders are usually processed the next business day after placing your order. Delivery times may be delayed during holiday periods or extreme weather events.

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, you must provide full address details, including the street number and street address.

Ensure you use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card left for you.

If your parcel is returned to Skin Clinica due to it being unclaimed or an incorrect address being submitted, you will be responsible for redelivery handling and postage costs.

If you prefer to receive a refund, the cost of the postage and packaging will be deducted from the refund total.

Skin Clinica is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had an incorrect address submitted during the order process.

Skin Clinica is also not responsible where a parcel has been lost or stolen, unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status ‘delivered’ signifies that the order has been successfully received.

You can give authority to leave your order or leave your order without signing, however Skin Clinica will not be responsible for your order if the status ‘delivered’ is showing.

Please ensure the address you enter is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience and additional costs.
