We provide detailed product descriptions and offer free skin care advice to help you choose the right products.
Due to the nature of our products, however we’re unable to provide returns or refunds in the event you change your mind.
If your order has not yet been prepared, we may be able to offer you an exchange or gift card.
In the unlikely event that one of your products is faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please email us within this time period and provide an explanation of the issue and attach photos.
We’ll seek to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
