Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to provide a refund, return or exchange in the event you change your mind.
We’re also unable to provide a refund, return or exchange for any product that has been opened or used.
In the unlikely event that one of your products is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you don’t advise us within 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email us within this time period and provide an explanation of the issue and attach photos.
