Why Oskia Micro Exfoliating Balm?
This gentle exfoliating balm has been formulated using Oskia’s patent-pending MSM complex to support skin repair and regeneration. You’ll also find nutrients such as Vitamins B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc Glycine, Prebiotics and Omega Fatty Acids.
It uses micro silica and MSM granules to eliminate tired skin cells and impurities that build up on the surface of the skin. It contains nutrients such as omega fatty acids, prebiotics and peptides to improve skin health.
When in contact with water, the nourishing balm and exfoliating granules transform into a light milk texture. Your skin will feel refreshed, smooth and comfortable. You can control the exfoliating effects by varying the amount of water you add.
Use 2-3 times a week to nourish the skin, restore radiance and enhance softness.
Oskia Mircoexfoliating Balm ingredients
The Oskia Micro Exfoliating Balm contains the following skin-boosting key ingredients:
MSM is the most bioavailable form of the beauty mineral sulphur. It aids in collagen production and the natural repair and regenerating processes of the skin. Helps skin stay strong, soft and supple.
Zinc Glycine Complex supports healing, soothes irritation and reduces redness.
Prebiotics Oligosaccharide and Inulin protect the skin’s natural defences by working with probiotics to ensure a balanced microbiome.
Rosehip Seed Oil encourages cellular processes in the skin, including the production of collagen.
Triglycerides and Phytosterols from plant butters and oils replenish the lipid barrier to improve skin’s ability to hold onto moisture.
Omegas 3 & 6, which are found in Rosehip Seed Oil and Kukui Nut Oil, these omega fatty acids boost skin lipids, increase moisture and soften the skin.
Vitamin E supports healing, moisturises and strengthens skin barrier function so skin can function at its best.

Brand ethos
Oskia is a UK brand that’s taken out so many prestigious beauty awards we can’t list them all. Its products are loved by many beauty influencers and skin care experts, including Caroline Hirons.
Its skin care products are formulated by a team of doctors, nutritionists and cosmetic chemists. The brand uses natural and organic ingredients.
Oskia believes that cellular nutrients are the key and takes the approach that improving skin health is the best way to correct and prevent skin concerns. Every ingredient is extensively researched to deliver results while being kind to the skin. It formulates so as to work with the skin rather than use ingredients that, may get short-term results, but ultimately damage the skin.
Oskia uses science and unique patented technologies to deliver nutrients and bioactives deeply into the skin. It focuses on ingredients that are already present in the body so that cells can use them as building blocks for cellular processes.
The brand is cruelty free and mainly suitable for vegans, however some products contain milk peptides and lactoferrin.
The brand also focuses on being more environmentally and socially more sustainable. 98% of its packaging is recyclable.
Oskia Micro Exfoliating Balm review
I don’t like exfoliating my skin with balm because I have sensitive skin and it irritates my skin all the time. This product was in the Caroline Hirons’ box and I gave it a go … I have to say it is amazing! I use it on my damp face and the milky texture is exfoliating my skin very gently. The only exfoliating balm that I would purchase. Thumbs up!
