Titanium Dioxide & Zinc Oxide are mineral sunscreen filters that reflect, scatter and absorb UVA and UVB rays. Being mineral filters, they’re better tolerated and less likely to cause skin reactions in those with sensitive or intolerant skin.

New-generation chemical filters (Octisalate, Tinosorb A2B, Uvinul A Plus, Tinosorb S, Uvinul T 150) provide photo-stable protection against UVA and UVB radiation.

Iron Oxide defends against visible light (including blue light) to help maintain an even skin tone.

Fernblock is a patented technology used by Heliocare to help neutralise free radical damage caused by environmental and sun exposure. Fernblock uses the highly potent antioxidant from the fern Polypodium leucotomos. This clever plant has developed a protective mechanism to guard itself against the sun.

Niacinamide, Vitamin B3, is a skin care all-star that targets melanin transfer in skin cells. It promotes a healthy skin barrier and visibly smooths wrinkles. This gentle ingredient also can help with redness and irritation.
