The key ingredients in Heliocare 360 Pigment Solution Fluid SPF50 are:

Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide are mineral sunscreen filters that reflect, scatter and absorb UVA and UVB rays. Being mineral filters, they’re better tolerated and less likely to cause skin reactions. Zinc Oxide is considered so safe that it’s been approved by the FDA for use on babies under six months of age.

New-generation chemical filters (Octisalate, Tinosorb A2B, Uvinul A Plus, Tinosorb S, Uvinul T 150) provide complete photo-stable protection against UVA and UVB radiation.

Iron Oxide pigment and Tinosorb A2B reinforce UVA and visible light protection.

Fernblock is a highly potent antioxidant that comes from the fern Polypodium leucotomos. This clever plant has developed a protective mechanism to guard itself against the sun. Fernblock shields skin cell DNA and prevents UV damage.

Niacinamide, Vitamin B3, is a skin care all-star that helps to prevent the transfer of melanin in skin cells.  Niacinamide also promotes a healthy skin barrier, improves certain skin conditions and visibly smooths wrinkles. This gentle ingredient also can help with redness and irritation.

Pomegranate Fruit Extract, which is a rich source of Ellagic Acid, reduces UV stress on the skin and the production of melanin. Together with Niacinamide, it brightens the skin and reduces the look of  discolourations.

Vitamins C, Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid are powerhouse antioxidants that, when used together, increase the skin’s natural antioxidant protection by eight times. They help protect against free radical damage and support the skin’s repair process.

Green Tea Extract provides antioxidant protection, as well as a multitude of other benefits. It contains polyphenols that soothe, reduce irritation and fight the signs of skin ageing. Green Tea Extract contains bioactive components that can help with rosacea and acne, given they reduce inflammation, redness and  bacteria.

Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Plankton Extract, Trehalose and Urea ensure the skin is soothed and deeply hydrated.

My favourite SPF so far. Spreads easily, feels super-light on my skin, provides a little bit of coverage and brings the glow without being too shiny or obvious. Also love the idea that it’s working on my pigmentation while I’m wearing it. Love this. Will keep on repurchasing.
