Colorscience Sunforgettable Flex SPF 50 Total Protection Face Shield is a mineral sunscreen that evens out skin tone and provides foundation-like coverage for a finished look.

This hydrating, antioxidant-rich mineral formulation uses Colorscience’s patented EnviroScreen Technology to shield the skin against UVA, UVB, blue light (HEV), infrared radiation and pollution.

It uses potent antioxidants to enhance the protection provided by the sunscreen filters and support the health of the skin.

Colorscience uses Iron Oxide to protect against HEV and provide tone-adapting buildable coverage.

Expect a demi-matte finish.

Colorscience Sunforgettable Flex SPF 50 Ingredients

This sunscreen uses non-nano Zinc Oxide as the mineral sunscreen filter.

The other key ingredients used include:

Encapsulated Iron Oxide micronised pigments enhance the skin’s natural tone and protect against damage caused by HEV light.

Infraguard combines tara tannins, powerful antioxidants, with organic sunflower sprouts. It works specifically to help protect the skin against the effects of infrared radiation

Niacinamide helps soothe the skin, even skin tone and provide antioxidant protection. This ingredient helps prevent the formation of dark sports caused by UV exposure.

Lipochroman is a potent Vitamin E-like antioxidant that helps prevent premature skin ageing due to pollution and other environmental stressors. It fights three types of free radicals that are formed in the skin.

Vital ET is a bioavailable form of Vitamin E that provides antioxidant support. It also helps soothe redness and calm irritation following UV exposure.

Silver Ear Mushroom Extract is more hydrating than Hyaluronic Acid. This extract has been shown to impart immediate hydration and improve the skin’s ability to retain moisture. It also has antioxidant properties, which help to defend against premature skin ageing.

Allantoin is a soothing and calming ingredient with moisturising benefits. It supports healing and skin regeneration. Research has shown it can improve skin healing.
