Key ingredients

This is a simple formulation with only a limited number of ingredients.

Dihydroxyacetone gradually provides  colour to your skin. When applied, it reacts with amino acids in the topmost layer of the skin and simulates a tan. Given its effect is limited to the surface of the skin, it’s safe and wears off after a number of days.

Sodium Hyaluronate is a form of Hyaluronic Acid. It attracts moisture to skin cells and helps hold it there. Sodium Hyaluronate reduces dehydration, eases irritation and visibly plumps the skin so it looks more youthful. Sodium Hyaluronate has a greater hydrating effect than High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid.

Glycerin is another humectant that can do wonders for all skin types. It draws moisture from the air and draws it into the skin. Glycerin mimics the skin’s own Natural Moisturising Factors, which get depleted as we get older. It also does a few other wonderful things. Glycerin soothes and protects the skin and makes it feel wonderfully soft and supple.

How to apply

All I can is WOW. These are unbelievable!

I have tried numerous face tans and they have always dried out my skin or caused me to break out in spots but not this one. It left my skin feeling so soft, with a lovely golden glow.

I use four drops at the start and then every second night I use two drops as a top-up.

I find I don’t need to wear makeup with this product but, on the rare occasion when I do, I need less makeup and my makeup just looks better. 

Also can we talk about the size – it’s 30ml and literally lasts forever.
